Helen joined Grant Stephens Family Law in November 2025 as Practice Manager after working for nearly 12 years at a Personal Injury Law firm in Cardiff.
During her career, she has worked in a variety of management roles in both customer service and operations, gaining experience in dealing with external business partners and suppliers. Helen brings with her a wealth of knowledge in the day to day running of an office, along with essential skills gained during her time managing teams within a successful law firm.
Helen is responsible for the operational management of the firm across its Cardiff and Swansea offices, providing leadership and oversight to ensure the smooth and compliant running of the practice.
Hobbies and Interests
In her spare time, Helen enjoys running and has completed the Cardiff Half Marathon three times.
She also enjoys watching films, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
