Our services are usually charged on an hourly basis, and the rate you pay will depend on the level of solicitor you are assigned. Before we undertake any chargeable work on your behalf, we will ensure we have discussed and agreed this rate with you, and provided an estimate of the overall cost of your case.
In some situations, a fixed fee package may be more suitable. If this is the case, we will provide you with a range of options, ensuring you are fully aware of what is included for your agreed fee.
