We are thrilled to announce that Grant Stephens Family Law has been named a double finalist in the prestigious Arts & Business Cymru Awards 2025, proudly shortlisted in two categories:

Arts, Business & Diversity in partnership with Hijinx Theatre

At Grant Stephens Family Law, diversity and inclusion are not just values we talk about, they are principles we actively uphold. That is why our partnership with Hijinx Theatre for the Unity Festival felt so organic. It grew from a shared belief that the arts should reflect the richness and variety of every human experience. From the very beginning, we knew this would be more than just a sponsorship. It was an opportunity to stand alongside an organisation whose values challenge and reshape how society views inclusion. The festival offered a powerful platform to neurodivergent and learning-disabled performers, and what we witnessed was nothing short of extraordinary.

What made this collaboration so meaningful was how it deepened our understanding of what true inclusion looks like. It is not about ticking boxes, it is about creating space, removing barriers, and helping people feel genuinely seen. Whether through BSL-interpreted performances or audio-described theatre, accessibility was woven into every moment. You could feel it in the atmosphere, people were not just watching, they were connecting. For our team, and especially for our Managing Director, Grant Stephens, this project resonated on a deeply personal level. Inspired by his own family experience, this partnership was not just a professional decision, it was a heartfelt one, and a true reflection of our values in action.

Arts, Business & Employees in partnership with Act Now Creative Training

At Grant Stephens Family Law, diversity and inclusion are not just words we use, they are values we live by. That is why our partnership with Hijinx Theatre for the Unity Festival felt so natural. It was built on a shared belief that the arts should reflect the full spectrum of human experience, embracing every voice and every story. From the outset, we knew this would be more than just a sponsorship. It was a meaningful opportunity to stand alongside an organisation that is truly reshaping how society understands inclusion. The festival gave a powerful platform to neurodivergent and learning-disabled performers, and what we witnessed was nothing short of extraordinary.

This collaboration helped us see inclusion in a new light. It is not about ticking boxes, but about creating space, breaking down barriers, and making people feel genuinely seen and valued. Through BSL-interpreted performances and audio-described theatre, accessibility was thoughtfully woven into every aspect of the festival. You could feel it in the atmosphere, audiences were not just watching, they were connecting. For our team, and especially for our Managing Director, Grant Stephens, whose own family experience inspired this collaboration, it was deeply personal. This was not just a professional partnership, it was a heartfelt expression of our values brought to life.

As we look ahead to the upcoming awards ceremony, we are proud to celebrate the incredible achievements of everyone involved in the Unity Festival. We wish all participants the very best for the evening on Thursday 19th July 2025.
