About Us
Corporate Social Responsibility

This Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Statement codifies how we manage our approach to business to ensure that we make a positive contribution to the welfare of our employees, clients and our wider society.
Our approach to CSR is driven by our commitment to working hard for individuals and families to ensure that they are supported, even during the most difficult times. We aim to secure long-term, sustainable resolutions to situations, and we want to adopt this outlook in how we interact with our wider community.

Our Team of Specialists
Our team
Our employees are at the heart of our business, and we prioritise creating a family-friendly work environment, offering flexible schedules and supportive policies to enhance the well-being of our employees and their families.
Our small team values diversity and inclusion, fostering an inclusive workplace where every individual is respected and supported.
We invest in educational opportunities for our employees, providing resources and support for skill and knowledge development.
Our Pro Bono Initiative
At Grant Stephens Family Law, we understand the difficulty of accessing expert legal advice when experiencing financial difficulty. Due to reforms in legal aid, many clients will not be eligible for legal aid, but will also be unable to afford legal advice, placing them and their families in a difficult situation.
On the third Thursday of every month, we hold Pro Bono legal clinics, giving clients a chance to receive our expert advice on their situation and the next steps that they need to take, free if charge.
Our legal clinics run on an invite only basis, and are assessed based on your eligibility. You can find out more about your Pro Bono eligibility in our policy, here:
Our Pro bono clinics are reserved for people who do not qualify for legal aid, but cannot afford to fund legal advice for their family law matter. You can find out whether you are eligible for legal aid here: Check if you can get legal aid.
Please note that we only accept Pro Bono enquiries via the webform on our Pro Bono page. You can find that page here: Our Pro Bono family Law clinics
